Do not place debris on the work surface

Japanese housewives simply don’t drain the basket, spread a dry dish towel, and pile the washed dishes on it; or wipe the washed tableware with a dry dish towel and store it directly in the cabinet.
Keep the area around the gas stove empty

Free up a temporary storage space
